What is the cancellation and refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know! Our refund policy may include althou some restrictions apply, so please review the terms below. Our policy is independent of any legal rights you may have under the law. Tax costs in effect are not refundable, except in certain states and countries where these items are considered refundable. Please note that the eligibility for cancellation, return, and refund of your money may vary upon purchase or billing by a third party. Refer to your bid terms for more information. Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and visiting the Request Refunds tab, or you can contact us. This must be done before the renewal billing date in order to allow time for processing. If renewed, please contact us to help recover the money. After cancellation, the subscription will not be renewed automatically. However, the monthly plan will continue for the remaining days in the existing period (already paid). You may also be eligible for a refund in accordance with our refund policy mentioned below

Refund: annual and monthly contributions

Unless otherwise specified, under a 60-day money-back guarantee, purchase of the annual subscription is eligible for a refund, if your order is submitted within 60 days of the date of purchase. Every annual renewal is eligible for a refund (whether paid monthly or annually), if requested within 60 days of its collection. The refund process is limited to the fees you paid for the period in effect at that time. Faceworld annual subscription purchase is one account eligible to receive a refund in the event that it is requested within 60 days from the date of purchase or in the case of annual renewal within 60 days from the date of the renewal billing, provided that the services are not replaced during this period in either case.

Monthly subscriptions (renewals month by month):


Unless otherwise noted, purchase of the annual faceworld subscription is eligible for a refund in the event that that is requested within 14 days from the date of purchase. In case of cancellation, the subscription will not be renewed automatically the following month, however your remaining services on faceworld will continue for the remainder of the remaining remaining period (already paid).
Purchasing a monthly subscription to faceworld platform prepares you for a refund in the event that it is requested within 14 days from the date of purchase or in the case of monthly renewals, within 14 days from the date of the renewal billing, provided that you have not recovered any services during this period in either case.
Please note that your return and refund eligibility may vary upon purchase or billing by a third party (for example, an app store, service provider, reseller, retailer, merchant, etc.). Refer to your bid terms for more information
